1. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include VAT plus shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated as follows:
a) Shipping within Germany:
- Flat rate shipping:
DPD up to 2kg = 6.90 €
DPD up to 10kg = 8.90 €
DPD up to 20kg = 9.90 €
DPD up to 31kg = 13.90 €
Seats (over 29 kg) are shipped by freight forwarder for a flat rate of €53.00 (up to 75 kg). In addition, the following shipping rates apply:
- up to 150 kg 70,00 €
- up to 250 kg 80,00 €
- up to 350 kg 90,00 €
For larger shipping volumes, please contact your seating professionals directly.
You are also welcome to pick up and pay for your order from us in Lehrte. To do so, select "Pick up in Lehrte" in your shopping cart.
2. Delivery conditions
a) We only ship within Germany. We ship with DPD or another provider of our choice.
b) Freight goods are delivered by our freight forwarding partners; please always provide a telephone number for notification.
b) If you have chosen advance payment, we will deliver within 5 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Otherwise, the goods will be delivered within 7 days of receipt of the order confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
c) Shipping to German islands is only possible with an island surcharge of 20 €!

3. Terms of payment
a) Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer, direct bank transfer, or PayPal. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
b) If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days. When paying via Sofortüberweisung (direct bank transfer) or PayPal, you will be redirected directly from the order process to the payment pages and complete the transfer. When paying by credit card, your credit card will not be charged until the goods are shipped to you.
c) For consumers, we retain title to the purchased item until full payment of the invoice amount. If you are an entrepreneur exercising your commercial or independent professional activity, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, we retain title to the purchased item until all outstanding claims arising from the business relationship with the buyer have been settled. The corresponding security interests are transferable to third parties.
d) If you are a consumer, the purchase price will be subject to interest at a rate of 5% above the base interest rate during the period of default. If you are not a consumer, the interest rate during the period of default is 9% above the base interest rate. In addition, we are entitled to claim a lump sum of €40 from businesses in the event of late payment. We reserve the right to prove and claim higher damages due to late payment.
